Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to a future event date or transfer your ticket to another person, subject to the terms below.

Transferring to a Future Event Date

Guests may transfer their ticket to a future event date up to 48 hours prior to the start of their scheduled event.

If the new event is priced higher than the original ticket purchased, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference in price. If the new event is priced lower, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.

To allow others the opportunity to attend and reserve your seat, requests to transfer to a future event date must be made no later than 48 hours before the event start time.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for transfer and will forfeit all event credit.

Transferring a Ticket to Another Person

Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the start of the event.

The original ticket holder is responsible for providing the new attendee’s name and contact information before the event begins.

Once the event has started, tickets may no longer be transferred.

 

Add-Ons & Upgrades

Any purchased add-ons associated with a ticket will automatically transfer with the ticket when transferred to another event date or attendee. Add-ons are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or store credit.

 

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled event and fail to request a date transfer within the required timeframe will be considered a no-show.

No-shows forfeit their ticket, event credit, and transfer eligibility. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling opportunities will be provided.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Bad Hair

In the event Bad Hair must cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event, guests will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a future event date or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the best experience for all attendees, guests are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience and may not receive additional time to complete activities.
